Ingredients
- One serve of Balance My Gut
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 1 cup of oat milk
Method
Step one: in a small bowl, combine the coconut milk, Balance My Gut and maple syrup. Stir until smooth, then set aside.
Step two: in your matcha bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until a light microfoam forms.
Step three: to assemble, pour the coconut milk mixture into your glass, add ice, oat milk and top with the matcha.
